Pasta with stem pesto
INGREDIENTS:
- Parsley stalk
- Broccoli stalk
- Arugula stem
- Cilantro stem
- Olive oil
- 1 cup of water
- Pepper (we use a variety known as "calabresa" in Brazil, you can use the one you prefer)
- 50g walnuts
- 50g Almonds
- 50 g peanuts
- Bacon
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Grated Parmesan
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Blend the stems, add olive oil, water, the peppers, salt, walnuts, almonds and peanuts.
In a frying pan, fry the bacon, onion, garlic and add the sauce, pasta, butter, grated Parmesan and serve!
