@Salahhaboussi I think you were trying to reply to the wrong person, and while I somewhat agree with you, it's also clear that how his chest looks depends a lot on how well he is able to maintain fullness while getting in contest shape. His retirement definitely seems to have been the right call. He did everything he could do in the sport, and he probably wasn't going to place any higher at the Olympia no matter what he did. I'm glad that he's happy and healthy.

Hey Ian you can use Enclo instead of Clomid, it hase the same effects on fertility as Clomid (clomid=enclomiphine + other component which is the one that affects mood),since it's the component of clomid which gives fertility benefits

Iain, been running gear for 10 years and dropped to 250mgs test/wk and rotated hmg 75iu per day and 2500iu hcg the next day. All it took was 4 weeks and now my son is 3 years old. Hope it goes just as smooth for you, Excited for you Melissa!

100%. It would be a shame if Iain didn’t end up judging at the highest level. I think we have all seen he is second to none in his ability to assess a physique quickly and accurately. Also he truly is a man of integrity and I don’t think for a second he would ever let personal bias interfere. I know Jose Raymond is doing some judging and I wish Branch Warren would too. I think all three of them are absolutely phenomenal at assessing physiques. So glad to hear Iain is going to pursue it.

I was disappointed at first but now I’m truly hyped for this retirement! Can’t wait to see what you’re gonna be up too, the GIVR pod was fire too. What is your approach to PEDS right now? Are you coming all the way off and PCT or will you stay on a cruise to control the weight loss a little better? Would be super interesting to see how much you keep and how you look after a year with no PEDS at all. Keep killing it, if anything I will follow you closer now.

No. I also couldn’t get that light. I need to be like 220 for classic at my height. The point of retiring is to NOT compete anymore, not just compete in a different division haha
