I saw him play Salieri in Amadeus, opposite Tim Curry as Mozart, before it got to Broadway. Brilliant. The movie portrayal by F. Murray Abraham was very different, more low-key, largely tailored for the camera.

A word indeed exists, it is from the Attic Greeks, I think, it is "grieves." Now I have to check, damn, I'm so comfortable watching one of my heroes from my mid-teens, Dick Cavett. Some of the interviews put-up tonight I missed due to school, and they are SO good! Period pieces they are in the best sense too.

How can an eye have a nose? Maybe Saruman?
@MilesBellas
5 жыл бұрын
@@KaitainCPS Correct ! Yes it was Saruman. There is the Mouth of Sauron "Described as "no Ringwraith but a living man", he belonged to the race of the Black Númenóreans. He appeared before the Black Gate to haggle with the Army of the West, suggesting to Aragorn and Gandalf that the fight against Sauron was hopeless. "

I just wonder how that blossom in the logo could be a designer's logical and best decision. And three fonts.
@JanetStarChild
2 жыл бұрын
There's just two font styles; "Dick Cavett" uses one; "the" and "show" uses another. As for the flower; it was a popular aesthetic during the '60s and '70s. Ain't nothin' wrong with it. Personally, I would have made all the text and stuff yellow or amber to really make it pop in front of the blue backdrop.
