my grandfather's father settled on the south prairie during the time of the great buffalo slaughters.... many isolated settlers paid horrific consequences for the destruction of the primary food source of the plain's tribes. Ian Noes imagery is haunting. And we think it a giant pain to have to deal with traffic on the way to the grocery store....

Ian Noe is a beast. This song is so sick. I've only known Ian from his first two songwriter albums and being the last one to tour with Prine. This guy has got "It." So dark sometimes, but so real and badass.

One of the best songwriters in this modern day yet very little recognition. Its so annoying. You hear everyone talk shot about loving to hear a modern fay bob Dylan and how no one makes music like they used to but HERE.... RIGHT HERE. Is a man as close as you will get and better, but he gets ignored so we can keep room on the air for bull shit rap country about trucks and beer. Im sick of trucks and beer songs im not 17 anymore. Look up his acoustic stuff. He one of the best finger pickers in a long long time. Its pretty easy to "shred" a guitar, and it sounds impressive to those who dont do both. But finger picking is much much harder...and Ians finger picking is as good as it gets

Just want you to know the good news of the Gospel. The bad news is that you and I (everyone) are sinners. And since God is Holy He doesn’t put up with sin. So sin leads to hell. The good news is God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins on the cross. This means Jesus paid the debt we owed but couldn’t pay. So if one repents and places faith (trust) in Jesus Christ they can be assured of heaven. I love you and so does God.

Great voice, like the rhythm and vibe of the song. I don't care too much for the constant repetition of the lyrics and no real climatic arch to the song. But the band has alot of talent and would like to hear more from this group
