You need to do a video on maintenance in ibiza because like most lads i train hard for 12 weeks go to ibiza in great shape then come home after 3 nights, 2 stone down with severe brain zaps on the plane home

I notice you are very Macro and micro conscious and are obviously a very switched on lad 👏🏻 My question for you is where do u stand and Are you as conscious of the preservatives/ artificial ingredients in the foods you eat as u are Macros and Micros? I.e. preservatives, sweeteners and other ‘nasties’? a good book I’d like to recommend to a fellow book worm, on the adverse affects of processed foods on westernised humans compared to indigenous people, the book is called nutritional and physical degeneration (a 10 year study from locations all around the world by author, Weston A. Price) he finds that the introduction of processed foods have contributed to the escalating ill health of the modern person? Really interesting stuff with good illustrations comparing differences of people in isolated parts of the world before and after eating all the chemicals we accept in our diets today. This isn’t a criticism but more of an observation and a genuine curiosity. I’m interested to hear your take? 👍🏻

Mate watch your videos, pretty chill. Just in regards to the cold showers, apparently according to science you want to have a warm or hot shower after a workout not cold and have a cold one in the morning. Just thought I should mention it, not that anyone cares but if it helps anyone, you know.
