When my grandfather passed away my father bought a red international cabover just like the one your standing in front of I remember sitting on the doghouse while we hauled pigs. It was my fathers first truck when operating without his father. Thought I would share this lol.

Yeah I can agree with your assessment of highway food.. it's the same here in Australia, food is often expensive for what you get, and what you get isn't always great.. I recently got a similar sized cooler, and I stock up before I leave home... cheaper, lots healthier, and better selection of foods than almost all roadhouses. Interested to see how you like it...

It's hard to find things that work well for the road life.... They are usually designed for other purposes and the truck is an after thought. By the time it's done bouncing around on the smooth interstate systems across America.... You'll know how good the product is. Good day to ya, happy trucking👍🏻

Did you make the trip to Texas with the JRM crew or are you finished for the year? The Iceco seems pretty sweet. Was wondering if it uses less battery power if it was run off 12v as opposed thru the inverter.
@realwildwildwest
Жыл бұрын
It’s now been running for 17 hours. Battery voltage at 12.5 now 😮 I would guess that you are correct about the inverter eating more juice. Unfortunately I don’t have any cigarette lighters wired to my backup batteries. As far as JRM, Wisconsin was my last race. I’ll give an real-time update on it all when I release part two of Wisconsin in a couple days.
