He's a good guy and a good American. It must be draining dealing with so much social conflict. It's amazing that we have to explain laws to professional law enforcement agents. They need a less aggressive way to evaluate laws that they are not 100% familiar with. It's ok to not know every law and supreme court ruling- but we need a way for officers to not waste time like this. The basic amendments need to be second nature type materia for police officers- and they have no idea of or no respect for our basic rights. It is very troubling. It is destroying the fabric of our society.

Sir, you are correct, it's not the city or the taxpayers fault, it's the tyrañts with badges fault. That is why qualified immunity has to end and end NOW!! It's time that these tyrañts be held accountable personally for their actions and crimes. They are the ones commiting these crimes against the people and they are the ones who should pay for it, when they start losing their personal bank accounts and property then you will see a change in policing, but as long as the taxpayers money pays for their crimes things will be the same or get worse if that's possible

When cops ask for ID, what they are hoping for is that you have a warrant for arrest! They have no crime to attach to you in the present, so to make it easy on themselves they hope you have done something illegal in the PAST.

I went back and forth with a bootlicker over the whole signage thing. My argument is that illegal , or deceptive signage is NOT a good look. And that Auditors have had illegal signage removed or taken down. He would not admit it. 💯 So I rephrased the question as ...What IF...IF ..there was illegal signage up ..either intentionally ..or unintentionally...shouldn't a tax payer say something about it ?? 🤔 Or just continue letting them keep the illegal sign up. He ignored my question and wouldn't answer . 🙄 Bootlickers are RIDICULOUS. ☹️

You do NOT have to show ID to enter a building owned by the people. Taxpayers pay for the building and any taxpayer has the right to enter without some tyrant standing outside demanding that you show ID, to hell with that

Another officer who says a public employee had words come out of their mouth so that becomes law. It is not law it is a public employee's policy preference. The corporal still doesn't comprehend the difference between policy and law and she never will. I don't think she is trying to be tyrannical, she is truly just misguided and will always think words coming out of a public employees mouth are carved in stone. The words in the constitution is what she should hold in such high regard.

I think you should have just gone in. If they would arrest you then that would be a violation of your rights. How are you going to change what they're doing if you don't do that? I do appreciate everything you are doing. So please don't take this the wrong way. You are doing a hell of a lot more than I am doing for sure. I definitely realize that. "I didn't press charges" and that's the problem. Press charges. Then sue the security company or facility. Auditors have to hold everyone accountable. Trust and believe if they can have you arrested. They will, and the government will punish you severely. These security companies have insurance for a reason. Hold everyone accountable. You need to be a whole lot more assertive than that. I appreciate your attitude in the face of their denial of entry but you should have insisted. If they still denied you entry then you should have made them say the words.. "Leave or you will be arrested." And NOT suing the city/county when your rights are violated is not following through. You are right.. the citizens are the ones paying for that lawsuit but you can always donate the proceeds back to the people.
