Hi friends, am personally very interested in such topics because am struggling to serve healthy to my family. It's not easy because high resistance comes from all directions which can easily demotivate you. But am still going. Please understand the meaning of junk. Junk is the ones that doesn't provide enough nutrients for a healthy growth of a body even if it's home made. So if you consume Home made junk the harmful effects are comparatively less. I have seen ppl happily eating home made oily food thinking that's it's healthy because it's homemade. It's not so, reflect on the literal meaning of "junk". Anything of little importance or beyond comprehension is junk. It can be food or any other material. Hence do a research on what's junk or not junk whether home made or outside made. Good luck!

I do gymming good work out still Wouldguiltily indulge in food But Rutuja had put the lconfidence in me still inwould feel gulty but the statement dont believe in numbers Have made me care free I have reduced 8kg in 3 months stuck in 60 But i dont look like one My muscles have become lean . Visceral fat no more Bone density increase But sti the number 60 now i have happily accepted it. I am eating daall chawal Thrice a weel without gulit Thanks. Donno whwere it will take me But my workout is regular but I believe u I give mu kid the same food in tiffin which u told fondinicha bhaat Etc etc He had started eating doodhi with chana daal andl chappati m so happy He eats jowar bhakri piping hot though Once in 15 ,days i give my son junkbfood like burger pizza If there is add thats baddd yey I give homemade pizza rather to my son with fresh corn his fav Thanks Love u

These are packed without any preservatives and chemical. Identify it right. Junk food in packets are ready to eat or semi cooked. Not packed dal and grains. Dal and grains are to be chosen with regard to quality.

Shweta Trivedi yes... Full of chemicals and GMO sugar... Anything home cooked is the best not only for babies but adults as well... Sauces can be replaced with tamarind chutney... I know cooking from scratch is hard work... But anything for babies and family:)

I forgot to address ur specific query.. u know added vitamins are plain synthetically derived chemicals.. to keep costs really low... Too much genetically modified sugar, preservatives, emulsifiers, no nutrition is available in god knows what's in these baby foods.. . Diluted khichdi, diluted Dalia, mashed potatoes / banana are good options to keep kids satiated and healthy.. look for A2 milk...

@@deepikamisra5782 one year old should already be on external food, so you can avoid formulas and switch to whole milk with healthy home made additives and concentrate on nutritious home made food. Read up on what milk gives and replace it with other food that provide the same

Like food controversies even cookware has lots of controversy leaving one confused. Which karahi, saucepan, cooker? Aluminium is bad!!! Steel has nickel!! Non stick is bad!! Cast iron too!! Ceramic has lead!! Oh my god what does one cook in???? And and what is right for storing food in fridge??? Thx in anticipation.

Ask her to buy chana phutana Ask to buy rajgira ladoo Ask to buy shengdana soak them overnight handful of them And in the morning empty stomach ask her to tk one spoon of brown jaggery chemical free one and eat that as breakfast and ask to avoid breakfast at hostel Lunch ask her to have lemon Ask her to chew so much that it becomes a paste

For adults supplements after 30 keeps their health boosted along with nutritious food. For children major chunk would be home made healthy food and supplements if you still see some difficulties in growth like leg pain during nights, irritability while studying, always catching cold and cough etc.

What about home made dry snacks (namkeens) like gathiya, sev, chakli, chiwda, chavana (like tikha Mitha mixture) , poori. Chana Dal moong Dal namkeen And we are making variety of food items like dabeli, bhel, alu paratha, samosa, vada, bhajiyas etc at home only .. All above listed items are healthy enough as they are home made?

Sorry ma'am, but I guess you are the personal dietician of many famous bollywood celebs who themselves endorse these packaged food. So I guess you should first tell your clients to stop endorsing them, and instead enlighten there fanbase about the harsh effects, then surely kids and adults will most likely not consume these.

Anything packed for later use is always harmful due to preservatives. You should read the label which is mostly not comprehensible to common ppl. That's the trick, since we don't understand what is what we blindly buy and consume it. Be it curd or masalas or any such stuff. Home made is better.
