Tracked so all terrain, but don't ignore that its made of aluminum (light) and built very narrow to fit transport aircraft and landing boats.

All self propelled artillery systems are roughly the same shape, and most use the same caliber as the M109. It's not a copy, the Chinese actually invented something original with this.

It's a 52 caliber 155mm. It's not 152mm. 152mm is a Soviet caliber that the Chinese DID use, but is not being used here. And artillery is not only used for its range; it's nowadays basically just a cheaper alternative to occasional bombing sorties for aircraft. Ultra-high range is not needed, as they're usually parked in a small general area to cover/provide counter-batt for. US and PLA artillery doctrine differs heavily. What the PLA uses artillery for, the US uses aircraft for. I also highly doubt you know what a cock is

Typical idiot comment. Of course we can think of better things to do, the problem is that there are people that want to kill us. Instead of waiting for them, we have generally agreed that putting down these psychopaths is the best way to achieve peace. And it works. The world has never been more peaceful.

Rikodou100 M109……you gotta be kidding me……please do modernise your M109 first before blaming the more advanced guns copied your M109. Since when did M109 have smart top armour attack ammunitions?Since when did M109 beat PLZ52 in firing range? You cannot simply point at every gun that moves in armours and caterpillar tracks and say they are M109 copies. If that make sense, then all 4-wheel cars in the world are Mercedes copies. Please.

The US does have smart 155mm rounds now. GPS guided and the like. However, for whatever reason I've only seen it used with the towed lightweight 155mm used by US airborne divisions and that India is buying from the US.
