Hi Eli, may I ask that is it grammatically correct to say "there's a few factors"? I thought it should be "there are a few factors". Thank you again for the great class.

I have a question regarding the Grammar. I would like to know about grammarly, should we use it to improve our english like Tenses, collocation and all the other fundamentals of English because it really helps us whilst writing at home when we do not have teacher to point out our mistakes.

Yes, I think it can be very useful. You have to remember that sometimes it makes mistakes. But in general, it can be very helpful. Another one that you can use is writer.com/punctuation-checker/

Thanks for your great job on vocabulary. I have a question; in minute11 you say "I guess there is a few different factors. (it shouldn't be "there are" as it is a plural countable noun?) and I have heard lots of natives saying so; for example " There is many people in the library!" and they expect us to write and speak correctly, and take us lots of money to test us in IELTS to do so, but they themselves do not pay more attention as they think it is their own language and they can do anything as they wish
@EnglishProTips

Yes, especially when we contract "There is" we often put it with plural nouns. Grammatically incorrect but very common!

No doubt, genetically determined, however our efforts n definitely surrounding do play a part in attaining a sound know ledge not only teachers, even home, our social circle likes friends n colleagues help in adding our knowledge..how we interact also is significant ...
Restrictions from home front, handling younger siblings, duty to cook and keep home near n ridy are some added responsibility, so i do think girls mature quickly than boys.. however it can't be generalized and there are certain exceptions to this rule like in some families, boys have to shoulder responsibility of being silent bread winner where they are the only child ...
