Brilliant work! I am of Native American Heritage, and have often wondered how beautiful, wonderful and different our world would be if our indigenous peoples could have won over those that oppressed and decimated those cultures and world, turning it into what we know all know and are a part of...your work says it all! Kudo's to you! I tip my hat...

This film had much meaning for me. I am 4 months from making the bravest move I will do in my life. I have moments of talking myself out of it so often and telling myself I couldn't possibly believe the move will really happen - that I am just living in dreamland.

I really really loved the animation and the story line, just like what you saw, the story is to tell you that you could do anything, and the man that he was running away from was him!! running from him self!! found out how to free his mind! The Power To Live Free :)

i love this, this is so PATRIOTIC towards ones CULTURE, no matter what NEW WORLD we live in, wether we live in another land or lifestyle, as i see it in the work even if its animation i felt the LOVE for ones self, so far the best ive seen here, even better than the people actors, CONGRATUTLATIONS

Good one. I like the "There remains is a noble wild spirit in all of us"-theme. But what really got me in this animation, were the very small minor details that made the cartoonish figure seem so very very human and lifelike and very close to my modern self (the handmoves, the noserubbing, the gesture after being honked at because of daydreaming in trafficjam :) etc..etc..)

Actually, I thought the 'bland' backround added a certain message to the video. Most folks are on 'automatic pilot' (ala Gurdjieff) most of the time and that's representationally pretty much what they see of what's going on around them. The message seems clear enough to me. Either live in a mundane, 'grayed out world of experience', or 'get your colors on' and fly! Just my thoughts!

Video games are video games and a student's work in cinematography (such as this one) are two completely different things. The student made this video in order to show his teacher (or school) what he could do with the knowledge that he gained while learning at that school.

ArsenalGear3000, Unfortunately Havoc is a PHYSiCS Engine and not a game engine. A game engine is: "A game engine is a software system designed for the creation and development of video games." and a physics engine is: "A physics engine is a computer program that simulates physics models, using variables such as mass, velocity, friction and wind resistance.". In this case you are wrong.

But I think the gray and non textured people on background, represents our civilization today. Every people is running for something, everyone has something important to do, but the true color of the life, lives in another place, in another life style.

Making a great 3D animation has nothing to do with how powerful your graphic card is. I mean, it's not just as easy as slapping a better graphics card on a computer to make everything look better. It's how well you conceive the shapes of the 3D objects that will make it look better. Are you aware of how much work it is to make an animation like this from scratch ? Maybe you should be. Those are hundreds of hours of hard work for sure. Consider this before saying "this looks near a ps1 game".
