Thank you for this beautiful message. We need more ministers of the true grace of God. Many would call this incredible grace "cheap grace" or "greasy grace". But this kind of grace and love makes me WANT to be obedient. No matter how much I fail.

Amen ! Thank toi ! This is exactly what İ've been doing. My life is a mess : no longer in a church, professional life a mess, marriage a mess, feel like nobody understand me, etc. But I said Jesus, You are my advocate, your blood purifies me from all sin. Here am I God. I discover Your incredible Love after years in a religious state...

Guilt and condemnation come from Satan our enemy. Conviction comes from the Holy Spirit. If we sin and feel conviction then we must repent and ask Jesus to forgive us of our sin. Repent means to turn about and go the opposite direction....turn from your wicked sinful ways and don't knowingly enter into that sin again. If we sin over and over again and truly do not want to sin against the Lord then we probably need deliverance. If we are living in perpetual sin and professing to be a born again Christ follower then we are decieving ourselves. In Revelation 2:5 Jesus says, "remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first. If not I will come to you and remove your lampstand." Jesus and all of his disciples taught repentance. God bless you ❤

I like what David ravenhill says here: "It's not when but if we sin!" Let's stick with what the scripture says And adjust our attitude accordingly. This can be a slippery slope into hypergrace mentality. Oh you're gonna sin, So go ahead and give in, You've got your 1st John 1:9 card to throw down! I read an article by a hypergrace teacher that said 1st John 1:9 Says that "we are going to sin daily"! Show me where It says that! Let's be careful! It's all about the mindset!

"I say this so that you will not sin, but if anyone does sin, we have an advocate." How did y'all get from "if you sin" to when you sin?

Because the doctrine is twisted from the reformation. We cannot sin and sin and sin because Christ has “washed me in the blood”…if we are not transformed by the Grace of Christ, we are crucifying Christ again and again, which is serious. The truth of “working out our salvation with fear and trembling” has been lost in the modern church because “it’s all been done…” messed up delusion to prevent us from fully walking in the Faith of Christ.

Do not forget repentance. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Do not continue in your sin. Repent in the greek means to change your mind... in other words as you come to Jesus with a broken heart and contrite spirit of repentance you come to him with the resolve within you not to enter into that sin again. Acts 3:19 Repent therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. Converted means to turn about. To turn around and go the opposite direction. Repentance brings us to our knees in humility and in the fear of Jesus Christ our God. Repentance is being sorrowful and sorry for what we have done and making up our mind never to fall to that sin again and let the enemy have a foothold in our life. Revelation 2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou are fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove his candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.... these are Jesus's words. If you are comitting sin over and over and over again then you have not truly repented. And yes we do all sin, unknowingly, but come before Jesus with a heart of sorrowful repentance and the guilt of sin will flee away knowing that the blood of Jesus covers us as does his grace and we can enter into his rest and peace.
