My future hubby lol took me off the market on date 3, and said we should be exclusive. Month 4…started talking “we” a lot! Him bringing up me moving in before the holidays, he’s talking about marriage & called me wifey when he introduced me to someone who was working on his house the other day. He’s also letting me make changes in his house, like picking out backsplash & stuff. We have a big week long vacation planned in October! And he said we should go window shopping to look at rings! Ladies…..this is how in goes down! You’ll have zero doubts about what he wants with you! 💖💖

Selfish af. … nope. It’s gonna take a lot more than gifts and love bombing to make me yours fellas gotta maintain consistency and put in the work 😊

The problem is most guys don't know what they want and most don't want relationships because there are so many narcissistic men and women out there. Dating never worked for me. The only long term relationships I have had I was best friends first for 2 years and naturally grew into a relationship from spending so much time together. But both turned out to be abusive narcissists so it ended badly. I learned about manifesting and have an amazing wonderful friend in my life now. 🙏🙌 Genius question!!!! Exactly what are we getting out of the relationship??? Usually not much with the average guy. 🤔

I think we should hold out on sex until there is an official title and more trust has developed. Mainly bc a lot of focus goes towards sex to where I feel people forget to learn about the new person versus wondering when they can hop in and get some. With that, people lie about thier status STI wise. I'd be requesting a clinic date or some shit.

My last 2 husband's started as long distance. I divorced both of them, fyi. The guy I'm currently with now is also long distance, been together 4 and a half years. He just took a job in my city and is now looking to move here. He wants to marry me too. So I'd say long distance can work, both people have to be strong mentally and emotionally tho, it's not for everyone. Luckily for me I'm a woman that needs a lot of space, so it works out great for me.

I think there is a time when a guy is ready for a relationship. Example. we'll just say Kyle. Never really dated, always friends with a girl. All of a sudden he hits the age of 28. Now he's actively looking for a car, a house, and a girlfriend. I admire him for waiting until he felt he had some things to offer. He'd been saving his pennies for years and now it's all coming into fruition and you can tell he's excited, he's positive, and he's in just such the right place. He admitted over Valentine's Day; he never had a Valentine until he was 28. I will bet he will be happily married by the time he reaches 30.

What if you're boyfriend and girlfriend and he says he loves you but after 6 months he's not mentioned you to his parents?? I feel hurt that he's not even told them about me and question his level of seriousness about me. I've asked him and he goes quiet and said he didn't even mention his previous gf to his parents that he was with for 2yrs. I don't want to be kept a secret and I want to be integrated into his life. I've not even met any of his friends and I know he's from another country and they follow me on Instagram but I've not met anyone and he's not made any plans to. I don't want to keep waiting and investing more months If he's not seeing me in his future long term

Depends on the culture. In my culture, you don't meet parents until it's serious enough where y'all are going to get engaged soon because they will definitely hit you with "what are your intentions with my daughter?" Siblings and friends are completely fine though. I have a guy friend that was with his ex on and off for 1.5-2 years. Never introduced her either. His reason was because despite loving her, she was a single mom and knew his mom wouldn't like her. ??? My thing is so why were you with her you if had no intentions of taking the relationship to the next level? That's what happens when you let men get comfortable. We stick around through bullshit, disrespect, wishy washy behavior and wonder why they don't take us seriously. Sit your bf down and tell him to communicate WHY. If he cannot or will not, that would be a serious deal breaker for me because communication is #1 in a relationship.

Not all men are the same...my brother also took forever with his wife. Not all men are like you or know right away...just because you do doesn't mean all men are like you.
