I think the only thing that is upsetting about this, is that the companies selling these phones make it seem like this is thousands of dollars worth of repairs, and people fall for it. Those same companies might even tell you it would be more worth your money to buy an entirely new phone at the same price. The fact that these phones were not built to last.....the only phones I've actually ever seen with that much damage on them at any given time, are iPhones, yet, they are marketed as the best phone you can get for their God awful prices. They also don't tell you that Samsung puts a lot of tech in them. Samsung keeps their best tech for their own phones, which is why Samsung comes out with much more advanced tech in their phones, and Apple releases phones years later with that same tech, and they market it as "new" features. New to iphone, is what they mean. Not new to the world, though. I remember people being excited about the AI/Avatar abilities that came out on iphone in the late teens of the 2000s....not knowing Samsung released the same exact features some years before that when they released the galaxy s9 series.....it's upsetting that people spend as much money as they do on devices that are meant to become obsolete in 5 years....but that's none of my business, nor my problem. This is way too true! I took my note 10 plus into a repair shop based on a friends recommendation, and worst phone repair EVER! He used glue, there's gaps between the front glass and the frame. I paid almost 500 dollars for the repair. I take it to a more renowned phone repair shop, they take look at my phone and come to find out, the other place didn't even use oem parts!
