Delicious and quick breakfast recipe from my mom! An easy way to make a healthy breakfast for the whole family! Pour the eggs into the tomatoes and after 5 minutes the recipe is ready. This is a juicy pizza with tomatoes and a crispy crust. Even the kids love it! You already have all the ingredients you need in the fridge! Let's cook together!
3 tomatoes.
1 onion.
Grease the skillet with butter.
4 eggs.
200 ml milk or light cream.
a pinch of salt, pepper, turmeric, rosemary.
150 grams of cheese.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Delicious and easy breakfast or dinner is ready!
