Am from the Caribbean and every time I hear people say white people can’t cook and this guy seasoning those fish like he hav a few dark skinned people in his family, Let me tell you something mane great job and I would’ve like to try this and please do more videos like this, It’s was very entertaining

My friend. Dorado only needs salt in the belly. The rest detracts from the taste. (Assuming you can get it fresh otherwise you can add stuff to cancel the fishiness)

Thats exactly how they prepared it in a restourant in Grecee when i went there. It was the most delicious fish i have ever tasted. Still remeber it to this day

Never cut such a fish on the grill as it loses moisture. Keep it whole on fire and add a simple vinegret of lemon extra virgin olive oil salt, oregano and a table spoon of mustard for thickener. For on part of olive oil add the one third with lemon. Shake well and you are done

Over cooking is what eliminates moisture. This fish could have even had more char.

@@diogeniscruyff1084 this actually helps with a faster and more even cook time. What nationality are you? I'm Portuguese and I've seen a lot of other nationalities grill their fish this way.

@@derekborba9574 I am Greek, I've seen it to mostly to lake fish but here in the south of Greece this is as I told you not acceptable as the fish loses moisture and taste. The traditional way is the way I referenced above.

in my country grill fish and mix by " " " sambal dabu dabu " almost the same with yours and suggest you can add with young manggo and slice it,👍🇮🇩👍

I’ve seen multiple people use nomad grills with nomad charcoal….is their a reason I don’t see more people using just regular charcoal? Like match light etc
