Girl, same here. My husband and I had only been married two weeks when we had reality smack us in the face. One thing after another continued for the next four years and I watched my husband nearly lose his faith, and he almost walked away from our marriage. BUT Jesus. Now I look at my marriage and see a beautiful picture of Christ’s restoration and healing. ❤

@@FoundSheep-AN different people in the body of Christ experience different trials. Some financial, some health, some marital, etcetera. And in those trials, if you allow God to work, there is tremendous growth. His Word says that we as humans are so stubborn, we really won't learn except through hard times. He gifts us valuable pearls in the hardships that we would not have had we not gone through what we did. And that looks different for everyone. If you'd rather stay single, then by all means, stay single. No one is telling you to get married. But please, don't judge another's trials by your perceptions. Because you have no idea what they went through, and until you go through exactly what they did, you won't understand. God bless

@@derbaeckerhatnichtauf I completely understand where you’re coming from. Because I felt the same way, however when God called me to him and revealed how wicked we are, anyone can fail. The Bible says our hearts are deceitful above all things. God is love so if we don’t know him we don’t have a source of love from where we know HOW to love. And as a Christian perspective we begin to understand that there is a force going against God therefore will bring temptation and pain to make us move away from him. The only true happiness is Jesus. Once we are complete in him then we are able to fill others. I’ve heard many testimonials where people searched high and low for satisfaction and while some were temporary nothing lasted long enough before they began to search again. And in my own experience, no fiancé, money, sex, child, or drugs made me feel anything but empty after since I did not know God. It was by grace I was able to fully experience joy and peace as those are fruits of the spirit. I have MUCH to learn but the main concept I’ve understood in reading the Bible is happiness is fleeting but Joy is forever. It’s hard to understand… but I pray in Jesus name he gives you understanding🦋🩷🥰
