✨ Shishito peppers jang-ajji.
1. Wash and trim the Shishito peppers.
2. Mix 450ml vinegar, 500ml soy sauce, 500ml soju, and 160g sugar to make a sauce.
3. Put the Shishito peppers and seasoning in a bowl.
4. After 1 day at room temperature, refrigerate for 3 days.
5. After 4 days, pour the seasoning into the pot.
6. Bring to a boil over high heat.
+ When it boils, turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
7. Pour over Shishito peppers and refrigerate for 3 days.
