Strawberry 600g, water 100ml (1/2 cup paper cup), sweet potato starch (product containing more than 99% sweet potato), lemon juice 1/2T (3g), fine salt 1/2T (3g), sugar 2/3T (7g), Sesame oil, vinegar 2T,
✔ Use 10g of sweet potato starch per 100ml of strawberry water after grinding and sieving strawberries.
✔ If you like sweetness, you can add 1T (10g) of sugar.

1. Wash strawberries after trimming them.
2. Put 600g strawberries and 100ml water in a mixer and grind it.
3. Sift through a sieve to make strawberry water.
4. Add 150ml (2/3 cup) of strawberry water to sweet potato starch and mix.
5. Apply sesame oil to the container for strawberry jelly.
6. Put strawberry water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
+ When it starts to boil, cook for 1 more minute over medium heat.
7. Skim off the foam.
8. Add 2/3T (7g) of sugar and 1/2T (3g) of lemon juice and boil for 40 seconds while stirring evenly.
9. Add 4 (strawberry water without starch) and boil for 2 minutes while stirring.
10. Add 1/2T of fine salt and boil for 1 minute more while stirring.
11. Lower the heat to very low, close the lid and leave it for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
12. Mix evenly, close the lid and leave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
13. Put it in a container and harden it completely.
+ Harden in a cool room temperature.
+ Never put it in the refrigerator.
14. When completely hardened, cut into bite-size pieces.
