Never met u , never saw u in real life, but the respect and admiration in my heart for u is unmatched. Thank you for the things you do for us. Thankyou for giving us your time. I really wanted to state my story here but can't, It'll become a long story . I don't want to waste your time. Being the eldest daughter and belonging from a financially very weak family it's not easy . I have two siblings just like you and my parents who sacrificed so many things so that we children can have a proper education. This is my 4th drop , The situation at home is not good . But I'm thankful to my father for allowing me with so many opportunities. I'm 22 . This makes it even worse I badly want to get a job and support my family financially but being a doctor is stuck in my head.

This is quite relatable. Family issues can really break kids who are not even 18 and it's nearly impossible to focus on anything else. I lost my both years (11th and 12th) due to this and to make things worse, it was during this covid phase. I have even wasted the 1st drop now and I don't think I am strong enough to take a decision whether I should continue or not. I was a topper till 10th and then it all went downhill, hardly scored 80% in 12th. Don't really know what to do, I might waste few more years until I realise that this was never meant for me. I am stuck in a dilemma that I can do anything I was a topper and I can't do anything I am a failure. It's hard for me to let go of that dream, and I don't even know it was my own dream or not. I know how tough it is to take such a decision and you took it. More power to you and all those people who suffered from family issues.
@ItsMe-vg1li
Жыл бұрын
Reading your story I thought I was reading my own life story except the ' family issues ' thing. I was also a topper till 10th , but scored only 79% in 12th. The line - I can do anything cause I was a topper , and can't do anything cause I am a failure is damn relatable . It feels like I am stuck at a point where nothing is right .
@SiaEditverse
Жыл бұрын
This is the point where you have to take the right decision for yourself. Take note of all the resources and opportunities you have and start working on something new. I have realised it the the hard way but actually nobody is ever a failure. So many successful people have failed and even keep failing but they still stand up. It's not winning which defines you but your ability to get back up again and fight against all odds. Everybody does mistakes but they do not define you. Circumstances never define you. People never define you. Take the example of akshay kumar, he had 16 flop consecutively and then after some time back to back hits but now again flops still he is a bankable and respected person. It's the cycle of life. Nothing is constant. Only constant in life is change. I am writing this today because i have been through something similar but now i am in process of evolving from it. Your life is yours. Marks do not define you, they do not have the right to call you a failure. Thankyou!
