Recorded on the 18th February 1965, it was the one of three songs recorded in the session (With You've Got To Hide Your Love Away and Tell Me What You See also being recorded in the session)
The backing track was amazingly recorded in just a single take! With Ringo adding an overdubbed double tracked vocal and George adding an overdubbed guitar and a solo.
The guitar parts on the recording include:
• A double tracked guitar riff by George Harrison (Most likely played on the Gretsch Tennessean, represented here by the Country Gentleman)
• A long, open rhythm guitar played by John Lennon on either his Fender Strat or his Rick 325
• A short, stabbing rhythm guitar, played by Paul McCartney on his Epiphone Casino
• Finally, an overdubbed guitar solo played by George Harrison most likely on his Fender Strat
