I'm not even halfway through this, and his story is shaking me to my core... I'm a year sober from alcohol and I've turned my life around, but he's helping me realize that God is missing in my life. The way he speaks reminds me of the conversations I had in the church growing up. Really powerful message, brother!

This podcast came at a great time. Ive been battling depression for years and lately really repetitively been telling myself i am not enough. I'm trying to break generational curses. I started with getting sober. 10 years without cigarettes. 5 years without chewing tobacco. 2.5 years without alcohol. My son is 3 years old and took me being a father to realize my dad was no long some I could try to be like. Sadly my dad still values alcohol over everything. I'm on a slow journey to get healthy, been running for a couple years dropped 25lbs, down to 190lbs, Blood pressure is al.ost perfect now. I need to get back to the gym after a 3 year hiatus and get my diet dialed back in. I want to be a good role model for my son and show him health is important to take care of not abuse with substances. Wish i could find a mentor and brothers like these guys.

Ask God to put mentors in your life and be intentional with seeking them out. You're doing great!

Great testimony. With all people, especially Christians you need to judge them by their fruit... excited to see what Steve does in the future. As always a great podcast and extremely underrated!

I was pretty much raised in a Baptist church and faith was all based on fear. If you do this or that you’re going to hell. My mom acted like I was supposed to know right from wrong right out of her womb and if I messed up it was like the end of the world. The love of Jesus Christ and that you can have victory over your sins and live an abundant life was never taught. It was very depressing. I always walked out in fear and thinking I can never be that good. I might as well give up because I can’t do it. Very theatrical too. Makes me sick to my stomach to think of all the kids out there living in fear and not victory, because of this false way of teaching the word of God.

I’m not a ‘Christian’ by definition. I have some out there beliefs in their eyes. However, I do believe in an all Source or God. I had many epiphanies thanks to this episode. I really loved this one. ❤

Haven’t started the video yet but I know it’s going to be good. I’m a fan of Weatherford just from what I’ve seen from social media. Can’t wait to hear more about him.

Very beautiful story of the love of Jesus, so sad that many boys and girls have been abused and touched inappropriately. Thank God you returned to Jesus. Your family and many people are being blessed by your story. What the enemy meant for shame, God is using to restore people!
