It is accurate becouse its targeting a specific Type of a person and these days there are many like that, so called „loosers” who are being miserable and Are behind in life, I would be carefull with Channels Like that cuz very oftenly they do that to prey even more on such people. If you want to prove to yourself that you’re not addicted, go a week only using your phone for phone calls and messages. Most people can’t do that.

@@onyxrockefeller1728Most of the things the average person consumes is bad stuff. Like meaningless videos, fast food, etc. All those things consume you, maybe your time or your health. The message this guy is trying to pass is to stop "consuming" bad things and by giving yourself less, you will gain more. I dont know how that sounds but it is what i interpreted from the video. Just fill yourself with healthy habbits and hobbies and you will find sucess.

It's so true. Make it hard for yourself to see how tough you become. I worked as a button pusher for wicked easy machining job. I hated it... there was no challenge to it whatsoever. It made me irritable and bitter. It wasn't until I started working with the older technology that I was challenged and learned a lot and actually moved up.

I dont know if this is some character on a show or what but i agree 💯 on the food thing. I stopped the gym about 2 years ago, maybe three but kept eating as if I was still lifting. Got chunky. Last month or two I brought my food way, way down. My appetite is shrinking and I feel way better. I think when you eat lots it makes you docile and sluggish. At least it did for me.

I put this in practice when stopped working from home. I now make less, have a 2 hr commute 3 days a week, and now have less TIME. But, the isolation of WFH was killing me slowly and I had lost my edge in Financial Warfare. Learning to live with less has already made me stronger. I’d 100% recommend living on less

This is so straight to the point & Powerful. I’ve grown so much this year for being more open minded and applying Self Discipline. If only my other friends could do the same. They’re not my friends anymore because their vices were always priority.. they couldn’t help me become better or grow in anyway. Sometimes you have to cut out stuff in life in order to grow and be happier, including social media and the undeserving ones around you. Just sayin.
