Most of the installation guys have no idea what the refresher option is there for.. IFB needs to train their guys really well

Well we thought to buy ifb top loading washing machine but seems they are careless and irresponsible in sending the product. We have replaced it twice in the last week and each time there is a scratch and bent. There is no customer complaint mechanism, no responsibility ? Why should anyone buy your product ?

From last 1 month I am complaining in IFB. But no service is being provided IFB is a very big company. Think hundred times before buying IFB products, the service is very bad.

This is the case with all companies. Forewarned is forearmed. Read the manual. IFB's manual is the most informative in the industry. I had to learn quite a bit about the machine so there would be no issues. Proper balancing with my own bought two-foot spirit level. They don't have one. You want free installation so this is what you get. It's the same with every other appliance. Unfortunately.

Worst product quality. Iam suffering with IFB TLD SDG 9.5 Aqua Fully automatic washing machine since 2019 every six months once have to face some problem a bit relieved that it is covered under warranty till 2023 hope need to move back to BPL from 2023. The service people at Chennai are good but pooor people what will they do for the poor quality of products and spares unavailability. Each service have to wait atleast for a week to a month for spare parts. It's high time all the companies need to change the functioning of authorised service centre they must bring a model where if the spare parts is big or changing will take time atleast for people under warranty provide an alternate machine and take the old machine and service it properly with proper tools qualified technicians and return back so that the customer will have satisfaction because he is able to use the alternate machine at the same time the service centre can function freely and provide quality service to customers
