Thank you Doctor! I recently began treatment at 1.3-1.4 AT in a soft chamber at a clinic. I’m 50 now. At 46, i used benzodiazepines for 3 months. When I stopped cold turkey, I became very anxious, confused, lost and suicidal. I needed to go back on this horrible medication just to function. I’d lost my mind. I slowly tapered off of the med over 2 years and it’s been 2 years since I’ve taken it. I’ve done every therapy available to me but I’ve done it completely alone while in Cambodia. I was teaching English there when this nightmare began. I have a history of chronic alcohol use too and have been in a few car accidents. For 3.5 years, I was in a stood up apartment alone battling this psychosis and extreme memory loss. I didn’t drink alcohol and I ate mostly a ketogenic diet and fasted 15-20 hours a day. I used NAD+, glutathione, ketamine infusions ( with the help of a nurse friend who did them in my room ) to regain my life. I now coach thousands to survive this truly hellish experience. Most doctors do not understand benzodiazepines and how damaging they can be. I’m wondering if the 1.3-1.4 AT is enough to help me? I cannot afford more than 20 hours because ive been unable to work. Ive done 4 dives already. One at 60 minutes, two at 90 minutes and yesterday for 120 minutes. I’m just not sure which duration is best. Ive listened to a talk you recently gave with your wife and an engineer and was very impressed and grateful for your knowledge and compassion. I’m not a fan of allopathic medicine and have always avoided doctors when possible. The brain fog is still pretty persistent and the memory loss is debilitating, though it’s not nearly as frightening as it was for the first 3 years. I was alone and had to write notes to myself because I would wake up afraid and lost, with a heart rate of 140 or greater. It truly was terrifying. I’d really appreciate any advice or guidance you could give me. Thanks again to you and your lovely wife. You’re both an inspiration to me and many others, for certain! Sean.

Hi sean, could you please tell me have you continued to use hyperbaric oxygen recently? Have you seen any good changes in your situation?

Seems crazy but if you can’t afford hypobaric, start watching Dr Chaffee. Jordan peterson, Dr berry on eating carnivore. It’s seems to be doing wonders in rebooting the brain and body
