Ingredients
1/2 kilo pork tenderloin
1/4 pork liver
1 pc meduim sized Carrots cuts on strip
1 pc meduim sized Bell pepper cuts on strip
1 pc Onion minced
6 gloves Garlic minced
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbspVinegar
1 can grean peas
Pepper
Salt
Seasoning to taste
Bay leaf
Brown sugar
