Also how do you get the picture to move without spinning the buugeng, you had a red and yellow one (first setting) and the light moves up the buugeng, how do you do this in the software if it’s just a still picture? Thanks!

These are very different from the Pyroterra sets - those are not programmable and the LEDs set on the side planes of the curves look very different - you can’t really do ‘patterns’ or images with them, just solid colors and fading / strobing modes. As for the pictures ‘moving’ they don’t, really - they are ‘drawn’ on the blade one ‘slice’ at a time and at 80px, the blades show 80 points of ‘movement’ to make things appear animated. The red dot animation you saw was something I came up with, it’s an 80px X 80px block, black background with a red line drawn diagonally corner to corner. As the Buugeng draws the picture frame by frame, the red dot appears to move up or down the blade. There’s a lot you can do with colors and patterns once you get the feel for how certain things will display. If you have a simple stripe pattern, for example - turn it one way and it makes your blades striped and not ‘animated’ - turn the same image 90 degrees, and you get a flashing strobe effect. They’re definitely my favorite Buugeng by far.

@@ChadAnctilFlow Thanks Chad, do you sell your patterns? I would love to buy some off you?

Is there a way to make them flash on certain beats or turn off on a certain part of the song like right before the drop then turn back on???

Clifton Burton yes, but probably not what you’re thinking? They don’t ‘hear’ the music - you program the patterns and colors in time to the music and then load the program onto the Buugeng. You start the program as the music starts and the patterns and colors play to the timing you programmed, so yes you can build a program that goes plays a pattern during certain beats, goes dark in certain spots, and kicks in a pattern when the drop hits... but it’s all about programming, the props do not ‘hear’ the music.
