If you get obsessed with overanalysing your attachment style you could be ruining your chance at healing your core wound and having a secure, healthy relationship.
Our attachment style is basically a "covering" we put on ourselves in childhood to protect us and keep us safe. Everyone has an attachment style, and it doesn't matter whether it's an anxious attachment, an avoidant attachment or secure attachment - the underlying core wounds will be unique to everyone, so putting yourself in a box could be harmful.
We ALL have aspects of anxious, avoidant and secure, because they are underwritten by the fight/flight/freeze protective mechanism in our body.
I'll show you in this video why you shouldn't get bogged down with attachment styles in your relationship, and why different attachment styles in relationships can shift and change, they are never static.
