My mother used to make me stewed whole Asian pears. She would hollow out the center just like you did, but instead of butter and sugar, she would pour honey into it. Then she would steam the pear. She would make it for me whenever I was sick and it was such a nice treat to have when I didn’t feel well. It was healthy too since it soothed my throat and let me have a good nights sleep. I really recommend it!

Ive just moved and have wrecked my head trying to figure out clever ways to hang up my kitchen towels and other kitchen tools without it taking too much space. And your clever way of using the bathroom towel rack and soap holder just solved it. I'm shamelessly going to steal your idea for my kitchen! Thank you🥰
You've made so many attractive and efficient improvements to your apartment over the past few years! I would love to see some retrospective videos showing the ways your space has evolved over time. (E.g., kitchen changes, furniture replacements and additions, furniture rearrangements, storage solutions, etc.) It's so inspiring how you are able to create refreshing changes in such a small space. And of course, it's always amazing the variety of interesting and attractively presented meals you craft from just a few dozen types of meats and vegetables, plus some exotic additions thrown in here and there. I love the weekly window you give us into your beautiful city and culture! Thank you so much for sharing. Best wishes from Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA.

That recipe with shrimps and kadaif must be truly delicious! In Spain we call it "angel's hair" and I have never seen use it in anything but sweets, but that shrimps looks truly tasty ❤️. By the way, olive oil is reusable. If you strain it and keep it in a jar, you can fry on it again (until it turns dark). The only thing is, if you have fried fish on it, you only can fry fish, but it's not the same with other foods: you can fry anything.

After living with mine rolled up and held together by rubber bands, I've decided I don't like the creases or the floppy tops hanging outside the metal can. I've gone back to my original folding them and keeping them in a draw. Blessings to you always ❤️ Evanston, Illinois U.S.A.
