im 8 years into riding and i'm probably behind theres this horse, lets name him Sundae, he says he wants to be mine but it doesn't really sit with me quite right cuz he doesn't really listen when cantering and i keep "Accidentally" getting all of the spicy and greenish horses for lessons

I’ve been riding for four years now , and I’m only trotting barrels, cantering round pen trotting small cores bars and boxes. I need cheaper lesson because I only ride once a month and I have to work around the barn for them.

And that is ok! Dont compare yourself to other riders. I started at a REALLY good barn that taught me basics well and I picked up quickly and did good. Then I switched barns and ride the same horse every week (cactus) and I certainly don’t learn as much as I used to but I gotta look past that because I am literally living my CHILDHOOD DREAM! So, as long as you are happy riding horses and still learning some things in an ethical way, that is all that matters really. And if you are only riding once a montg it makes sense as to why you might not be as advanced as others, and girlll IT IS OKAYYY! Thank you for supporting my channel ❤️❤️❤️
