Yo mate, about tracking veggies.. I wondered always the same, "nah, not worth it", but actually when so deep in deficit and cutting, every calorie matters.. And I tracked it for a whole week, and man gotta say veggies actually adds up.. Eating around 500 grams of veggies every day, which sounds like alot, but isnt.. Peppers, onions, cucumber, salat, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, baby spinach, zuchinni.. All in normal portions, but it adds up almost 200 kcal in whole day 😕so I started tracking even veggies..

Ya man they certainly do have calories and they add up when eating so many a day but the reason I don't track them is because I have the same consistent amount every day so if my calories are dropped, the veg stays the same but the rest of my food changes.

Hi! How do you make the sludge? Is it just whey and water in the microwave? Thanks

Hey man, mix same weight of whey and water in bowl until sludge yoghurt consistency then put in microwave for 30 secs to thicken!
