Today is an “imagine” meditation, something to happily think about.
As an example, when I was my b B age, I have mentioned I grew up on a farm. I woke up in the morning, and immediately went out exploring.
We had several hundred acres, so there was a lot to explore. laying around by the ponds watching swarming gnats. There were times I would climb up the barn to the very top to feel the barn sway in the wind.
If I got hungry, I could climb up an apple or pear tree and watch the cattle eat those that already dropped to the ground. I knew how to tell time by the sun so when it was time for dinner, I went home.
No one worried about me because everything was safe back then. That’s what we’re going to do today is imagine.
When we think about happy things, it sends out frequencies that begin those things to happen.
Take a moment to imagine the whole world living in peace.
Imagine everyone cooperates and delights in no other’s happiness.
See people enjoying leisure activities, some playing games together, some walking, and some riding bikes.
Take a deep breath and remember feeling happy, peaceful and safe.
Sense days at school where there’s no competition, no expectations. You and your classmates enjoy what each is interested in and desires to learn more about. All are happy with smiles on their faces.
