Imam bayildi
It's time to make another summer meal, which is the famous Imam bayildi! It is made with simple ingredients such as eggplants, tomatoes, onions and parsley and you will really like its taste!

RECIPE:
Ingredients
1 kg of eggplants
Water
Salt
Olive oil
3 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
5 large onions
Salt Pepper
300 ml tomato sauce
feta cheese
Method
Clean and cut the eggplantsin half.
Put them in enough water with salt and leave them for 30 minutes.
Then, dry them, place them in a pan with non-stick paper, sprinkle with a little olive oil and bake them at 200 degrees Celsius, on the heating elements until they turn brown and soften.
Next, finely chop the peeled tomatoes, garlic and parsley.
Also cut the onions into slices and fry them in hot oil.
When they get colored, add the garlic, tomatoes, parsley, sauce, salt, pepper and cook until they lose their liquids.
Then, with a fork, press the aubergines slightly to become like boats, as shown in the video below.
Place the filling with the onions and break a little feta cheese on top.
Finally, bake at 200 degrees Celsius, on the heating elements until it turns brown.
