Some of the most sought-after IPAs are those displaying pungent tropical fruit characteristics - we’re talking mango, guava, and pineapple. While modern hop varieties are known to contribute fruit notes to beer, a new product called Tropic Thunder is purported to enhance these tropical fruit characteristics, but does this really result in a perceptible impact?
