You are a GREAT ARTIST!!! Italian wars are my favourite period for the wargaming. Like for the Valois armies, I recognise here differents manufacturers of figs. The mix is wonderful. Thank you very much.

Your welcome. I had super fun. I had older figs but didn’t want to discard them so I morphed them into new ones from khurasan for example. The mix was really nice. Thanks for your comments. It perked me up.

Honestly did not know you were from Germany Kevin. I would love to visit the home country at some point. I am getting very interested in the Landsknecht and thinking that I want to get into this period in 15mm.

Well I grew up in the USA until I was 17 years old and then moved to Germany. I lived in a city called Memmingen. I could almost see the town of Mindelheim. from my bedroom window. What’s so important about that? Well the Reichsgeneral of the Imperial Armies lived there. His name was George von Fundsberg. he was the father of the Landsknechte. The entire region surrounding where I lived provided all of these fantastic soldiers. They were mostly Swabian and Bavarian. All of the banners and flags that you see people putting on their units are from Memmingen, Kempten, Landsberg etc. they hated the Swiss. It makes for a very very interesting campaign and certainly you can use them interchangeably for lots of different armies that hired them.

@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 it really does. I'll make something similar to your army but in 28mm. Starting with the Lansknechts righr now, I'll expand it with some cavalry and non "lansknecht" imperial infantry. For the heavy cav I'll use perry's mounted men at arms, and their mercenaries box to represent some early italian wars italian state.

Very nice...looks like you have mix of Essex and Blue Moon figures and others. I am painting a 15mm Imperialist army from the Italian Wars as well using Essex minis. I should post some pics myself. Will do French with Swiss and then a Spanish/Neapolitan army and finally a large Ottoman army.

That’s quite an undertaking for sure. I have alll of these and I love them. I made a video on the French, Landsknecht and imperial armies. They turned out well I think. Oh and the Swiss. I will in that series launch the papal army and the ottomans. I’m glad you liked them all

@@thekrausecollection15mmmin53 Yes I watched your video on your French army and it is awesome just as all of your armies I have seen, via your videos, are. I am also doing an Imperialist Army in 28mm using Steelfist Miniatures. If you have not seen these you should check them out. Along with Eureka minis they are some of the best minis for this period. Keep up the awesome work Kevin!.

Dear Miguel, what armies from this period would you like to see? Wars of religion can stretch over many a century :-) .......I did the 30 years war in earlier videos, crusades etc...all wars of religion. I could put up some others for example Ottoman Army 1450-1600, Hussites, etc.....French wars of Religion would be easy to create by combining other armies. BUT religion or nationalism is of course a fine line.....let me know what you might like to see! I would like to go more into history but then its competing with other channels who are much better and better funded. I decided to stay with showcasing my miniatures and art
