Nice video 😺 There are other cat idioms: - "Look what the cat dragged in": it means "look who's arriving", mostly in a negative way - "it rains cats and dogs": it's raining heavily

I'm fond of cats. They way they say Hello, by rubbing their head and tail and love you, by laying on your feet is heartwarming. I've got 3 in my house. Learned 4 new idioms today and "To bell the cat" reminds me Tom and Jerry episode, in which Jerry's nephew made it look so easy to tie a bell around Tom's neck. But Jerry gets the hell of a beating.

I had purchased a watch as a surprise gift for my husband but my daughter let the cat out of the bag by showing him the receipt. 2. Having a cat nap after lunch certainly benefits your digestion system. 3. To break a long silence David said to Dona, "Cat got your tongue"? 4."Don't worry Sam even if you didn't have success here, there is more than one way to skin a cat". 5. Knowing her attitude no one was prepared to bell a cat.

In my previous days I used to spend my precious time for catnap because I flunked most of my English related exams and I failed to recognize there is more than one way to skin a cat. Currently I used to spend lion's share of my day for improving my speaking ability in lieu of cat got my tongue and I planned to improve my passion in this field very secretly, unfortunately everything has changed all of a sudden and I let the cat out of the bag among a few friends when I have been under the weather. I know learning English is a hard nut to crack such a person like me who always incline with mother tongue for every communication, I am ready to bell the cat whenever the panic situation comes while speaking English, though.
