www.Centerworks... This is the third knee strengthening exercise in the TV Knee Series. Use this exercise to help improve knee stability and support by increasing the strength of the inner thigh muscles, and outer hip muscles.
When we stand, sit, walk, and climb stairs there can sometimes be a little side-to-side play in the knee joint. This knee "wobble" can put additional stress on the knee joint and be a contributing factor to knee pain.
It can be very challenging to improve this leg strength, knee stability, and alignment issue when you are doing full weight bearing exercises. If your knee wobbles when you sit down and stand up, or climb stairs, you can't expect to go to the gym and do squats and lunges and have the strength to maintain proper alignment to avoid injury!
Use this seated inner and outer thigh exercise in the TV Knee Series to help improve your body awareness and muscle strength to reduce the "wobble" that can put unnecessary stress and strain on your knees.
