Wow, this was very VERY helpful, thank you! Just had what I consider my first decent independent pull and had the ring come off and had no idea what happened. Now i know! I'd love a video on how to know when to stop bowling a belly. (I get scared I'm bowling it out too much and stop too soon I think) Also how to get a clean shoulder. Great videos from a great teacher, ftw. Thanks!
