BOHRI CUTLETS RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
Chili powder 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Bhuna hua zeera crushed 1 tsp
Chopped onion 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3-4 chopped
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Bread 3 slices soaked in water and squeezed well
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Brios bread crumbs as req
Beaten Eggs 3
Oil for frying
METHOD :
Marinate mince with all the given ingredients, mix well, make balls of mince, spread well in bread crumbs, dip in beaten eggs and deep fry in fry pan.
AALU PALIYA RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Potatoes ½ kg cut in cubes and boiled
Onions 2 large sliced
Turmeric ½ tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chilies 4 chopped
Oil ¼ cup
Curry leaves 20
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Fenugreek seeds ¼ tps
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
METHOD :
Heat oil, add baghar, add sliced onion, fry for 5 mins till soft, add garlic paste, fry well by adding ¼ cup water then add salt, turmeric, green chilies, boiled potatoes, mix all well, serve garnished with coriander leaves.
