Today I'm going to show you a very delicious beef tongue recipe. This is a recipe that will surprise all your guests. Get ready for a dinner that will be a real discovery for you and your guests.
In this video I show you how to make an easy and delicious beef tongue dinner that will be a hit in your kitchen.
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 beef tongue.
Fill with water.
Soak in water for 10-15 minutes.
Place the beef tongue in boiling water.
Let it boil for 15 minutes and drain the water.
Add clean water and cook over low heat for 2 hours.
After 2 hours add 1 onion.
1 carrot.
1 tablespoon salt.
Black peppercorns.
2 bay leaves.
Cook over low heat for another 1 hour.
1 tomato.
1 red pepper.
1 garlic.
Parsley.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Mix well.
An hour later.
Soak in cold water for 15 minutes.
Pour 500 ml of stock into a separate saucepan.
Add 40 g gelatin.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and allow to cool until completely cool.
After 15 minutes, peel the beef tongue.
Cut into 1-1.5cm thick pieces.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Add the prepared filling.
Mayonnaise.
70g grated cheese.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.
Chop the remaining beef tongue.
Our broth has thickened.
Fill the silicone mold halfway with broth.
Halves of boiled quail eggs.
Parsley.
Pour in the broth.
Add chopped beef tongue.
Fill to the surface with broth.
Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Garnish with pitted olives.
Sprinkle with spring onions.
Our delicious dinner is ready for all guests.
