Congrats to the property owners and homeowners of this lovely community. You have achieved something pretty special. Places like Acrony Bell and Incredible Tiny Homes are bringing tiny home living to the forefront. I truly wish this was available to me 27 years ago when I was just starting out on my own, being a new mom at that time. All the money wasted in renting could've been a nice retirment nest egg for me. It is something that's being looked down upon because many people only think about what RV/Trailer homes use to look like back in the day. These homes are beautifully made and I wish I had the money to buy 3 of them; one for me and one for each of my adult children.

Well done for both the video and community! Just a suggestion or two, it still might be appreciated to have an ada heated pool for seniors, as well as, a volleyball area near the pool for young people and families. A four horse riding stable and club for those who would like to ride in those beautiful hills. Maybe add one new idea with each of your future phases. Also, maybe add bees, drawf milk goats and pet rabbits for more excellent compost material, milk, cheese and honey for the community. Finally add a volunteer run, tiny cafe farmer's market, openned once or twice a month to sell produce, bake goods, honey, country floral arrangements as well as, arts and crafts made by the the community's many members and clubs. Open the tiny Coffee & Icecream Bakerky Cafe Market before the layed back, outdoor blue grass concerts, or group picnics or fire pit night gatherings, during the summer and fall. The community might vote and could enjoy some fun new additions.

This is the perfect addition to the Asheville Scene. What's not to love about people reducing their resources & carbon footprints, being good neighbors and fitting sustainably into the natural environment? It's the opposite that is destroying the Asheville Scene: out of state gentrifiers! People who left exorbitant, resource guzzling lifestyles in places that have paved over their natural landscapes, and then re-created the same materialistic consumer lifestyle in & around the city. They push up peoples' taxes, they clear acres of forest for their personal enjoyment, pushing out the local wildlife and pricing out the locals, artists, musicians, writers, craftspeople and free spirits who were there before them. If we want to do something about climate change, the rising cost of living, the falling quality of life, and the impersonalization of modern life, then communities like this might just be the way forward. And yes, for some a tiny house community will be a stepping stone to some land of their own - or something totally different. But, whatever. It's just great to start the tiny life journey in a well-constructed tiny house community like this. Well done guys!

Unfortunately with these tiny homes there are greedy people that charge almost as much for a tiny home as they do for a full size home

I am so onboard with this. Are there spots available still? Thanks.

We believe all the current spots are taken. Phase 3 opens this fall, and there's a waiting list. The quickest way to get in here is to buy a tiny house for sale from a current resident, which happens every so often. Be sure to follow Acony Bell on socials & newsletter to find out when one is available! aconybell.com

I live in a nearby town and every time they have opened up phase, the lots go almost immediately.

I am a real estate agent in the Kansas City area and I have been thinking of starting a community like this. How many acres did you start with and was it difficult working with the county or other municipalities to get it done?

A kind of Millennial feel-- I talk to people if I feel like it--- that's not community; that's using people when YOU want something. I hope they grow out of it and appreciate that neighbors are not just there for your convenience
