I think she probably enjoys learning about the topics she makes videos about. There's some ASMRtists who lick microphones and others who learn about the topic they're making a video about. I think it really helps with longevity in ASMR when you're learning what are usually valuable skills, even if it's a video meant for sleep or relaxation. I was never a nurse but I think that probably the best foundation for that is being a person who loves helping and being around people. Having the ability to learn everything or work long hours etc..that'll probably just work itself out. Nurses have always seemed like special people to me and I don't really think that came later in life after years on the job. I think good or compassionate people are just drawn to it, like how pilots are drawn to flying while every single other person on this planet has had zero thought of flying a plane. I wrote a lot of stuff for some reason.

I was recently diagnosed with Fibro and this video made me tear up. It was such a long struggle to get my diagnosis, and even when I did finally receive it, I did not feel listened to. The genuine empathy and understanding during the conclusion was so so therapeutic. Thank you for making extremely relaxing and generally appealing videos that can also genuinely mean something to someone. ❤

I LOVE this!! This feels like your older videos- the expressiveness, the colorful makeup, speaking at a normal speaking volume and focusing more on the "authenticity" of the roleplay rather than making it as "ASMR" as possible. It reminds me of my absolute favorite video of yours, the foot exam video. Everyone likes different things in their ASMR, but this style of video is what does it for me the best. The constant speaking throughout makes me so, so happy. I love love LOVE this video and hope you continue to release more like this. But I'll watch anything you make- there's a reason you've been my favorite ASMRtist for the last several years after all :)

@@BeBraveBeYouASMR1 I agree with @MagicalNadie 100%. I think what they're referring to is that a lot of the time during your roleplays, you only really talk at the beginning (consultation) and the end (diagnosis, plan, appointment booking) with the middle focused more on you making other sounds (rustling, tapping, etc.) but little to no talking. But in this RP, you were doing quite a bit of talking throughout (asking questions, giving instructions). For me, that is sooooo incredibly relaxing.
@MagicalNadie
Жыл бұрын
Yes, exactly what the other commenter said! I really enjoy the talking throughout- a lot of medical roleplays will feature talking at the start, then become more soundscapes during the "exam" portion. There were bits of that in this video, but still plenty of talking throughout. I personally get the most tingles from verbal explanations, instructions, etc, so the talking throughout this video did so much for me.

@chloemitjana9465
Жыл бұрын
This is so nice of you but honestly if it takes too much work and time it's ok if you can't do it 😅 From what I've learn these weeks, facial paralysis can have several origins but most of the time we can't exactly determine where it came from.. can be stress, bad posture, a cold.. A general doctor diagnosed it, pretty simple to diagnose : half of the face can't move anymore ! And to treat it, a physiotherapist will do most of the job. Face reeducation everyday : closing eyes, scrunching nose, raising eyebrows, smiling... Also, an eye specialist will have a look at the eye and prescribe eye drops because it can be quite dry from not being able to blink.. Thank you for reading my comment, I'm 3 weeks into my face paralysis and I'm already starting to feel better, can almost smile again ! 🥳 I watch and love every of your videos ❤️ (Also, sorry for any mistake my english is not perfect..😅)

I love medical inspired roleplays, in part because of the amazing range of triggers with which to engage, but also on this occasion the genuine empathy and calm in Doctor Nichola’s voice. This really delivered such a strong feeling of personal attention which helped when it came to relaxing me. The auditory triggers throughout this came across so well, as one expected. The writing sounds were just one that certainly engaged my ASMR perfectly and I thought your pre-exam questioning worked to helped set the storyline well. Err...you had me following your instructions at one stage and I’m glad no one saw me, but the standing, twisting, and stretching exercises were a good workout! The glove sounds were super tingly though. They were especially noticeable during the scalp/head check and of course the finger flutters, superb and always a fantastic sense tingling experience every time I hear them. Nice little extra too with the camera angles/tilting during the head reflexology which really enhanced the POV experience perfectly. Thank you for the time you have put into this evening’s content, I set out with two objectives this evening…first to enjoy some tingles, but more importantly relax ahead of hopefully a restful night’s sleep this evening and I think this has ticked both boxes, so is appreciated. I hope you are enjoying the fantastic weather we are having now and have a great rest of the week.🙂🌠
