Could you possibly do another video like this for seller financing documents (contracts, etc) regarding purchasing homes and what the step by step process would be between you and the seller (if there is no agent involved) to close a deal? Hello Mr. Morby, I love you videos and they have motivated me to pursue a creative finance deal on my grandfathers house that my aunts sold. I would love to talk to you more about it. But here is the quick and dirty version. They sold the house in like 2016 for 125,000. Another person sold it in 2020 for 325,000. And now it is on the market for 650,000 thousands. This house was very important to me and my family. I want to inherit this back into our family. It is literally across the street and I look at it everyday lol. So I know the owner who is selling it. I would love some advice because I want this home. Thank you in advance.

while I agree that subject to is a very interesting concept, I still cant believe or understand why so many people would trust that a stranger is going to take care of their credit and make all payments on time. Just seems pretty nieve or ignorant they would do that. I believe we are going to see a huge issue, unpaids in the near future, like bad mortgages so to speak. (I come from a mortgage broker background 16 years. Saw all the bad mortgages being made.) There will be alot of payments that dont get paid!! Its coming!! I would never do a subject to myself on my own property. I would never intrust my credit to another person. Maybe someone on the Morby team could explain or have a explanation on why someone would do this. Thank you...Thanks for all that you give Pace and team. I started my business because of you.
