In Nazareth, where Christians believe Jesus lived much of his life, Christmas celebrations have been scaled back in solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza. Christian leaders say it is impossible to feel celebratory at this time, while business owners say trade has plummeted. Henry Wilkins reports.
