Madeleine and Brittany are the lovely co-owners of Pacific Coffee Research. Madeleine and Brittany are champions of coffee knowledge in Hawaii, with them offering education and skills training for baristas, roasters, producers and anyone interested alike these two promote community and help to educate about the coffee supply chain in Hawaii. We are happy to showcase Madeleine and Brittany as instructors in the upcoming Pono Collective class collaboration with KCC Culinary! Madeline and Brittany plan to teach the students all about coffee tasting and the Hawaii coffee farm experience, where students will learn all about Hawaii grown coffee both in taste and agriculture.

The Pono collective education event was created by Savor Brands and is a multi day, multi island course where top professionals in the Hawai’i coffee industry show students enrolled in the Culinary Institute of the Pacific’s program at KCC understand the diverse roles in the coffee value chain.
