🔖Ingredients:
1lb | 500g cabbage
green onions
🥣 Spices:
1/2tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp Korean chilli flakes
1/2tsp herbs mix
1/3tsp black pepper
chopped parsley
salt
Chickpea batter ingredients:
1 cup | 120g chickpea flour
1 cup | 200ml milk
2tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup | 100g yogurt
1tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
For the sauce:
1 cup | 250g yogurt
3.5oz | 100g grated cucumber
3tbsp | 15g chopped dill
2 minced garlic cloves
salt & black pepper to taste
📝Cooking tips:
✅You can substitute ground flaxseed for psyllium husk or you can use more chickpea flour.
