We are in a position where we have quite a few sub-offices underneath us. These sub-offices are responsible for their own IT situation. However, as a central point, we are pushing cybersecurity preparedness. A critical part of this is the IRP. The offices have a wide range of IT sophistication (unfortunately, it doesn't skew to the higher level of sophistication). I have been looking for a video that gives a good overview and accounts for "what ifs." Many videos go into unnecessary detail but doesn't really hit nails on the head with the detail needed. This video does a much better job. For example, what should be done if the office has a good idea of where the issue is - "isolate" it immediately. This is akin to putting out a fire. No need for long discussions when something has to be done, AND CAN BE DONE, immediately. Also, it provides the general steps when each situation is different and may need to have a variation on a general procedure. Conveniently, I see that you have videos referred, on this page that go further into the depth of the steps in the IRP. Thank you.
