What do you use as an energy boost on days where you need it? This video took FOREVER haha. Finding and downloading all the right stock videos took a while, as well as choosing what text to use. I often add text for things I didn't have time to say during the video. The thing about drinking coffee every other day changed my life. Cooking video later this week probably!

I love the last bit as it’s often forgotten. People get so caught up in their busy lives they forget that it’s completely natural to feel tired. They NEVER allow themselves to feel tired out of fear of not performing well on that day or the next which often accumulates into a very bad sleep schedule. When you have some time off, allow the tiredness to wash over you, sleep well and look after yourself.

Hey Hampton, I'm unsure if you realise how incredibly apt and useful you presented this important info' 💚 All these methods with their system-spanning connections is more than any GP will be trained to explain. Let alone, the amount of articles one needs to read re: perso' research to understand them individually. Combining this with your readily consumable (disarmingly open & genuine, x(/+) short-form, easily digestible content) format is definitely making "realistically changing ones life for the better" (i.e., "partying down") achievable. I have a special tip for people with depression who, instead of getting energized with exercise, only feel too exhausted afterwards. Exercise between 6 and 7 pm so the drop doesn't affect your day and helps you sleep early, and program an alarm with a chill song you like that will help you wake with a lighter mood. Take your time, read or watch something comforting in bed if you need to get motivation. This is what I do. It might not work for everyone, but I hope it helps someone else. ❤

@MC Cookies It's helped a lot to listen to Hampton say we don't need daily 1 hour workouts with the most difficult variations. I kept pushing myself too hard and just made my depression and motivation to exercise worse. Now, the days I'm feeling most down, I just do some stretches for 15 minutes to feel a bit better and I don't force myself to do entire routines everyday. Go at your own pace. We can do it! 🙌
@Ace_Maus

@Leslie Gibbons Yeah, I'm sorry, but I'm not vegan or anything and I've had depression since I was 8. Very sure it's not fats. And I did point out my advice might not work for everyone. @@aedelveisdimayuga5566 I understand. I'm on the same boat. "We should allow ourselves to feel tired sometimes, our energy should ebb and flow like a tide" I've never heard it out this way, but it's really a no-brainer. It's ok to feel tired sometimes, and it's ok to take the day off to rest.
