How did you calculate the 137,000 BTUs lost to the atmosphere? I calculated 86.8 lb/hr of flash steam. Which would mean each pound of steam has 1578 BTUs?

dear sir , how much pressure drop between a ball float steam trap?? and 2 phase condensate lift after discharge from the steam trap???

Thank you for the comment, sir! The pressure drop will depend on the back pressure in the outlet line, but you can get a good idea by looking at the maximum differential pressure for each orifice size of the free float steam trap.
