Great thoughts and many thanks , Steve! been practicing this ....the biggest hurdle is to "loose" the mind , First ! As a club player ,we tend to have a feeling of "control" , control all moves ! one way to solve this "control" issue , is to develop the "let it-go" mindset ...working on it now ... -/-

I like how you said that it is better to decide on your shot as early as possible

Hi David It's essential. I'm not sure that I can make a video on this. But ideally, the player has set plays for different situations. This makes for less thinking and earlier decision making. Glad your enjoying the channel. Do you have any other tennis issues that I could help with? If so let me know www.oneminutetennis.com

Why is the "throw" limited to just forehand and serve? Can a one handed backhand drive be regarded as a frisbee throw?

I have to say I really like these tips. If you watch the best players they usually hold the racquet right down at the butt and swing freely, Sampras comes to mind immediately.

Reminds me when Sampras outpace Agassi during the us open without any powerful stick.

Hi, it's horrible... So hard to coach here. I am in Northern Italy, close to lake Garda and about 150 miles from the Swiss Alps. It is so beautiful. I actually have to mute the birdsong. I try to be truly creative and this area really helps me...

@@oneminutetennis You sound proud of it Steve /s. But look what Italians did to you, no more one man filming videos, now camera panning and scanning and focusing out instead ? And what happened to old wired mic, did Italians forced you to use wireless one. /s jk Keep doing great job - me, I enjoy it.

Your right about the cordless microphone. But other than that. No. They are all one man videos, shot on a basic phone.. No special equipment. 😉

Hi Steve, are you able elaborate in another video on the best way to combine this throw menatility with some level of linear wrist control that was in your video from 5 days ago? (kzitem.info/news/bejne/lKGt3ImgipidZIY) as I'm still working on that.
